Information
  • Occasionally conditions require obstetric patients to be diverted to another facility. In this case, patients are first evaluated on Labor and Delivery, and any decision to transfer is made on a case-by-case basis by the attending providers.
  • For high-risk obstetric cases that require the expertise of a Maternal-fetal Medicine (MFM) Specialist, we offer our patients MFM services at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs and/or Southern Colorado at Penrose.
  • For gynecologic services beyond our scope of practice, we refer our patients to specialists at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (UCHSC) in Denver.
