Updated face mask policy active as of 7 July 22
When the CDC COVID-19 Community Transmission Level is Substantial or High in El Paso County Colorado, indoor mask-wearing is required for all hospital staff (Active Duty, Civilian and Contractor) patients and visitors greater than two (2) years of age, regardless of vaccination status in all patient care areas and common areas. Masks may be removed in personal work spaces or when actively eating or drinking.

General visiting hours are everyday from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.. However, please check with your nurse as hours can vary depending on your medical unit. To respect other patients, visitors may be limited to two people in the patient’s room.
Hospital allows for the presence of a support individual of the patient’s choice unless the individual’s presence infringes on others’ rights, safety or is medically or therapeutically counter indicated. The individual may or may not be the patient’s surrogate decision-maker or legally authorized representative. If you do not feel up to having company, ask the nurses to restrict your visitors.
