We are a fully accredited 80-bed, evidenced-based regional Community Hospital serving Fort Carson, the home of 4th Infantry Division and 10th Special Operations Group and commonly known as the Mountain Post.

Consist of annual statutory (all Federal employees ‐ usually about 2 percent),
step increases at regular intervals, and market pay adjustments

Paid Time Off |
Eligible immediately. Several types of paid
time off including vacation, sick, and legal
holidays. After one year of service a new full
time employee can expect to have accrued
12 days of vacation time, plus 12 days
of sick leave, plus 10 paid holidays. |
Eligible after 90 days. One type of
paid time off which must be used for
illness, vacation, or holidays. After one
year a new full time employee can
expect to accrue 17 days of combined
vacation and sick days with no
paid holidays. |
