Emergency Information

ID Cards

All patients must present their appropriate DEERS ID Cards, this includes children age 10 and older. If you do not have your ID card, you can go to the Treasury Office to obtain a letter allowing care that day, however, this is a time-consuming process and may put you past the 10-minute Late Policy.

Late Policy

We understand complications can arise while attempting to arrive at your appointment on time, however, due to the nature of our patient schedule we can only allow a 10-minute grace period from the time of your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you can choose to wait for availability, or reschedule for a later date. Please consider factors such as weather, traffic, and gate inspections when planning to visit us.

Prescription Refills & Telephone Consults

You can call the clinic to request a prescription refill, request lab results, or send a message to your provider. It can take up to 3 business days to receive a response from your PCM team. Please keep track of your medications and plan appropriately as this is your responsibility. We highly recommend using TRICARE Online Secure Messaging to send a message to your provider. Please ask your PCM team to help you get started.

Appointment Advice

If you have a time sensitive issue, we strongly advise you register at TRICARE Online. By using this site, you can schedule a next day appointment any time after 3 p.m. the day prior. Otherwise you will have to call the Patient Access Services line (available from 6 a.m.-4 p.m.) the morning you would like to be seen. Please ask staff about signing up for TRICARE Online or visit TRICARE Online.

Services may include assessment and behavioral treatment planning, recommendations, and interventions.
