Emergency Information
After hours, weekends, holidays if there is an emergency situation, please report to the nearest Emergency Room. If over 20 weeks gestation, please report to Labor and Delivery. If under 20 weeks, please report to the nearest Emergency Room.
ID Cards
All patients must present their appropriate DEERS ID Cards, this includes children age 10 and older. If you do not have your ID card, you can go to the Treasury Office to obtain a letter allowing care that day, however, this is a time-consuming process and may put you past the 10-minute Late Policy.
Late Policy
We understand complications can arise while attempting to arrive at your appointment on time, however, due to the nature of our patient schedule we can only allow a 10-minute grace period from the time of your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you can choose to wait for availability, or reschedule for a later date. Please consider factors such as weather, traffic, and gate inspections when planning to visit us.
Prescription Refills & Telephone Consults
You can call the clinic to request a prescription refill, request lab results, or send a message to your provider. It can take up to 3 business days to receive a response from your PCM team. Please keep track of your medications and plan appropriately as this is your responsibility. We highly recommend using MHS Genesis Secure Messaging to send a message to your provider. Please ask your PCM team to help you get started.
Behavioral Health
Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) services are available in Ivy Clinic as another part of your Patient Centered Medical Home experience. Services may include assessment and behavioral treatment planning, recommendations, and interventions. These services are intended to assist the PCM and patient develop practical knowledge and skills to improve physical and emotional health. Appointments are about 30 minutes long and your PCM remains in charge of your health care. Documentation of your assessment and recommendations from the IBHC will be written in your outpatient medical record—no separate mental health records are kept. Whether you are looking for assistance with your health habits or local area resources, consider a visit with Ivy Clinic BHC services. Talk to your PCM team or front desk for scheduling information.

Q. What forms will I need?
A. Many school/daycare forms can be handled by speaking to your child's care team or requested from the school or day care prior to your appointment.
Q. How can I get a message to my provider?
A. You can sign up for TRICARE Online Secure Messaging to correspond with your provider and care team or call the clinic to leave a telephone consult to your provider (response will typically take 72 hours).
