Evans Army Community Hospital is now offering a self-care over-the-counter (OTC) medication program for all Tricare beneficiaries. Patients interested in receiving cough/cold, pain and allergy OTC products should visit any EACH pharmacy and complete a screening form. The screening form will have available OTC products listed, and patients will mark which products they would like to receive. Patients will pull a ticket and complete the form while waiting. Monthly OTC limit is 3 products per beneficiary per month. One screening form per person will need to be submitted. Self-Care OTC Flyer.
