The Dental Health Activity delivers patient-centered dental care to the Active Duty personnel of Fort Carson, Colorado. The Fort Carson Dental Health Activity staff provides care to all Active Duty Soldier Members. The Fort Carson Dental Health Activity has three troop clinics, one specialty clinic and an Oral Maxillofacial clinic located in Evans Army Hospital. Dental Clinic 1, Dental Clinic 2, Larson Dental Clinic and Smith Dental Clinic (Specialty).

Dental Clinic 1:

• Hours: 
  • Monday: 7 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 7 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • Thursday: 7 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
  • Friday: 7 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
  • Closed daily: 11:15 a.m. - noon
• Sick Call: 7-9 a.m. (Monday - Friday)
• Exam Walk-Ins for overdue dental exams ONLY: Monday-Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.

After hours, weekends, holidays if there is an emergency situation, please report to the Emergency Department at Evans Army Community Hospital.
