The Dental Health Activity delivers patient-centered dental care to the Active Duty personnel of Fort Carson, Colorado. The Fort Carson Dental Health Activity staff provides care to all Active Duty Soldier Members. The Fort Carson Dental Health Activity has three troop clinics, one specialty clinic and an Oral Maxillofacial clinic located in Evans Army Hospital. Dental Clinic 1, Dental Clinic 2, Larson Dental Clinic and Smith Dental Clinic (Specialty).

Dental Clinic 1:

• Exam Walk-Ins (during sick call hours)
• Major Units Assigned: 1 SBCT, 2SBCT

Dental Clinic 2:

• Phone: (719) 503-7166/7167
• Sick Call: 7-9 a.m.
• NO exam walk ins (by appointment only)
• Rodeos on Tuesdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Major Units Assigned: 10th SFG, 4 ID (CAB/SUS BDE), MEDDAC, 71 OD Group

Larson Dental Clinic:

• Sick Call: 7-9 a.m.
• Exam walk ins 9-11 a.m. (Monday-Wednesday)
• Major Units Assigned: 4 ID (3D AR BCT/DIVARTY/HQ/HQ BN), 1 SPACE BDE, 4 EN BN, WCAP, 4SFAB, DENTAC, 759 MP BN, GARRISON

Emergency Information

After hours, weekends, holidays if there is an emergency situation, please report to the Emergency Department at Evans Army Community Hospital.
