About

The primary mission of the Physical Therapy Service is to provide a consistently high quality physical therapy care to the beneficiaries of Evans Army Community Hospital. This high quality care includes the optimal access to care and treatment skill levels consistent with producing the best possible outcomes.

Services

Information
  • Injured personnel take priority. The performance enhancement page is for personnel seeking to improve after recovering from their injury and discharge from physical therapy.
  • Arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early.
  • Change into appropriate attire for your evaluation prior to check-in. Example: If you are getting a hip or knee evaluation, be dressed in shorts prior to check-in.
Walk-In
  • Self-referrals may be permitted for physical therapy outpatient appointments based on clinic availability.

Nutrition and Physical Fitness

Ranger Athlete Warrior Handbook
This handbook should only be utilized after clearance from your physical therapist for advanced training only. It encompasses nutrition and fitness giving guidance on the basics of physical training planning and scheduling including programs and drills.

Mountain Tactical Institute
Advanced Exercises should only be utilized when specifically prescribed to you by your physical therapist. Now that you're pain free with functional movements, the next step is to advance you to the next level.

Once Inside

The Physical Therapy Clinic is located on the third floor of the WSFCC. Patients should park in the “G” parking lot (purple signs) just east of the WSFCC; enter the main east entrance and go up the main staircase or take the elevators on the right to the third floor. Turn left from the stairs or right from the elevator to the Pt Clinic – which is on the east end of the building.
