Important Announcements

FLU SHOTS AVAILABLE FOR IVY AND PEDIATRICS CLINICS PATIENTS:

The Ivy Family Medicine Clinic and the Pediatric Clinic are opening additional appointments for influenza (flu) vaccines for the next two weeks (Dec. 9-20, 2024) for patients enrolled at the Ivy Family Medicine Clinic and the Pediatric Clinic. Please call 719-526-CARE(2273) to book your appointment. If no appointments are available, leave a message for your provider. The team will call you back and assist you.
NOTE: walk in flu vaccines are NOT available.
 


EACH OPEN FOR ALL SERVICES (Dec. 10, 2024):

Patients, while Fort Carson is on a two-hour delay for Tuesday, Dec. 10, all Evans Army Community Hospital appointments will continue as scheduled, and there is no impact to Inpatient or emergency services. If you feel it is unsafe to travel to your appointment, please call our appointment line to reschedule your appointment at 719-524-CARE(2273) or 719-526-CARE(2273).
 


THANKSGIVING HOURS (Nov. 25, 2024):

In celebration of Thanksgiving, Evans Army Community Hospital will be closed for outpatient services on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2024, and minimally manned on Friday, Nov. 29, 2024. As always, the EACH Emergency Department and Inpatient Services will be fully functional on Thanksgiving and through the weekend. Outpatient services will be available on Friday, Nov. 29, with the following exceptions:
 
Pharmacy:

  • Thursday, Nov. 28: Closed for Outpatient Services (ER and Inpatient pharmacy open)

  • Friday, Nov. 29: Main Outpatient Pharmacy will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; all other outpatient pharmacies will be closed.

 Laboratory:

  • Thursday, Nov. 28: Closed, except for Inpatient/Emergency Room support.

 Dental Clinics:

  • Thursday, Nov. 28: All Dental Clinics closed. An on-call dentist will be available at the EACH Emergency Room for urgent dental needs.

  • Nov. 29: Dental Clinic One will be open for Soldier Dental Appointments and urgent walk-in dental care. All other dental clinics will be closed.

 Chiropractic Clinic:

  • Thursday, Nov. 28: Closed for Thanksgiving

  • Friday, Nov. 29: Closed for outpatient services
